What holds up a shared project?

Record project, person, task, information and date separately. “I do not know yet” is a valid open point. The graph must not fill uncertainty with invented causes. A goal is your choice, not an objective ranking of life possibilities.

A task waits for information; the relation names that prerequisite. Adding it lets you review the next step, not mark it automatically complete. Correction means revising the plan after new knowledge. A note does not prove real work occurred.
